  • Actis has acorded to sell BTE Renewables ('BTE') to Engie and Meridiam, at a total enterprise value of US$1bn 

 

Actis, a líder global inversor en sostenible infraestructura, has acorded to sell 100 percent of BTE Renewables to Engie and Meridiam. On completion, Engie will acquire the South African portfolio and team while Meridiam will acquire the Kenyan portfolio and team.
